After several months of intensive training, I am now a Certified Wellness Inventory Coach (CWIC). That means I am qualified to work with people who understand that wellness is not simply a lack of sickness. Instead, it is an active choice to pursue good health at every level—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I have also earned a B.A. from the University of Southern California and an M.A. from Columbia University.
My certification is based on a program devised by John Travis, MD. He was the first American doctor to actively pursue wellness instead of trying to cure patients after they fell sick. That was in the 70s. Today, wellness is the “new” new thing in health care.
Participants in the Wellness Inventory program can make measurable improvements in general health, relationships, stress management, communication skills, play/work ratio, self-understanding, and more. Small, positive steps they create help move them toward their goals.
Consider taking this journey with me. It would be my privilege to help you start your wellness journey. As your coach, I will listen for what lies beneath your goals. I will ask you the kinds of questions that enable you to move forward.
If this sounds appealing, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll talk about the program. And about what level of wellness you want to accomplish. We’ll discuss whether you want to work through the program mostly on your own, or whether you would like to build in regular one-on-one telephone coaching.
The minimum commitment is for three months. Participants pay in advance for the programs they select. No refunds will be given.
